Echinodorus 'Rose' is a beautiful and highly sought-after Amazon Sword variety, prized for its striking colouration and elegant rosette growth habit. This attractive freshwater aquarium plant produces vibrant pink to reddish new leaves that gradually mature into rich bronze-green tones, creating stunning contrast and depth within the aquascape.

Please note that this plant is supplied in its emersed-grown form, meaning the leaves will appear predominantly green upon arrival. Once submerged and adapted to aquarium conditions, the plant will gradually produce its characteristic pink and reddish underwater foliage. Some leaf melt during this transition is normal and new aquatic growth will emerge from the healthy crown.

Growing into a medium to large specimen, Echinodorus 'Rose' is ideal as a midground focal point in larger aquariums or a background feature plant in smaller setups. Its impressive leaf shape and colourful growth make it an excellent choice for nature aquariums, community tanks, and planted aquascapes.

This adaptable sword plant is relatively easy to grow and suitable for both beginner and experienced aquarists.
